Movie in-short: Raghavan Ghatge, a psychotic terrorist, and Manu Verma, the cop who tracks him down, shoot each other simultaneously, the result being that Raghavan's soul is transferred into Verma's body and vice versa.

Movie story-line: On the trail of an underworld contract killer, a dedicated police officer is thrust into a battle between good vs evil.
